Job Description

Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts by promoting and selling training services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Meet minimum sales and collections targets, as set forth by the Department Head and Branches Manager of each location.

Job Description
  • Monitor the performance and capacity of network, backbone link, transmission and IP Traffic using variety of tools. They look for hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunction, when an issue is identified, NOC Engineers work to determine the cause of problem
  • Promptly acknowledge and support customer for any complaint/fault reported by phone/mail/chat
  • Coordination and reporting to provider/vendor for any fault & escalation
  • Track all issues, NOC Engineer must carefully track and document all issues and resolution in detail. This increases the knowledge base of the NOC and is a record of the health of the system.
  • All the issues are recorded to ticket system
  • Report Incidents, when problems are too larges or complex for quick troubleshooting, NOC Engineer must escalate the issue to Management or IT resource or 3rd party Vendors for assistance in reaching a resolution. NOC Engineers maintain ongoing within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, know the issued and the steps/process/procedure/flow being taken.
  • Ensured information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices are applied in the delivery of customer support services. Provide recommendations to review, validate, or standardize problem resolutions.
  • Regularly attends and, at times, leads in-house training efforts used to provide both formal and informal instruction in regard to operations, engineering technology, and security.
  • Responsible for maintaining situational awareness of the network operations environment. Responsibility

  • Greeting to customer and respond to customer’s queries
  • Receive and pay bills
  • Handling all the cash transaction of Company
  • Receive payment by cash and cheques
  • Invoices and receipt and receive payment from clients based on the company’s policies
  • Monitoring and review of all request with responsibility
  • Assist accountant to facilitate transparency, accountability and financial balance
  • Full responsibility for its Petty Cash occupies
  • Responsible for the confusion and loss caused by their own mistakes
  • Maintaining Cash monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
  • Other task assigned by manager
Job Requirement
  • Males/Females, ages range from 20 years old up
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking or related field
  • Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet and Email
  • Creative, possess good negotiation, teamwork and problem solving skills
  • Strong organization and interpersonal communication skill
  • Be honest, initiative, hard-working and committed
  • Be able to work under pressure and time constrain
  • Be able to speak and written in English and Chinese is a plus
  • Honest and friendly
  • Strong commitment and fast leaner
  • Used to work as customer service is a plus
